All orders are shipped from our one and only warehouse in The Netherlands. This is also the country where all returns needs to be shipped back.
Shipping costs are €6,95 for packages and €4,95 for mailbox packages, for all NL orders above €75 there are no shipping costs.
We do everything within our power to dispatch all orders on the same day, or the following business day. During busy periods, your order will be shipped between 1 to 5 business days. As soon as the order has been dispatched, you’ll get an email confirmation with tracking details – remember to check your Junk folder if you didn’t receive the mail.
Do you want to return your order? This is no problem. The product can only be returned unused and with the original packaging.
The return costs for returning the order are at your own expense.

Yes we do use our mailing list to give you all once an update.
(Almost) Daily updates can also be seen/heared on Tiktok or Instagram.
We do everything in our power to get you updated. When you do have a question about your order, you can always contact us by mail: Support@true-legendz.com or you can fill in our contact form.
Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer. When the order is packed and ready to go, an email will be sent with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.
Note: Please give the tracking number 24-48 hours to update.
